Alright...

Well, I decided to cut Mom some slack. I decided that it is ok to cuddle with her again at night. In addition to that, I decided that I should let her know that I'm up and ready to take on another day.... at approx. 6:30 am EVERY morning now!!! Now by this, I mean I walk up to her head (from the foot of our bed), stare at her for a few seconds, meow (to let her know I'm up, the meow a few more times (to ask her to gently get me off the bed). NOW she's telling me she isn't appreciating the wake up call every morning, because she doesn't have to get up for work anymore (since she's working nights this week). Nonetheless, I HAVE to let her know I'm up so she knows that I'm ready for my breakfast!!! Isn't that what she's here for???

That's what you get Mom!!!

I'm a little upset with Mom these past couple nights because she kicked me in her sleep the other night, so I decided to stop cuddling with her until she can prove to me that she will no longer "abuse" me the way she did! I decided that I want to cuddle with my little toy mouse instead, and now she's upset with ME because she's feeling a lack of affection!! Well Mom, can you blame me?? Now to top it off, she's even putting the blame on me for "taking up 1/2 the bed every night!", YET she feels neglected when I'm not cuddled right at her feet?? I don't get it. I think she's jealous of my mouse if you ask me!! ;) Either way, I appreciate her apologies and kisses, but I STILL demand my space from her for a while. She needs to suck it up!

I shocked Mommy today!! hee hee..

Mom's been spending a lot of time at Auntie Linda's lately when she's not working. She told me she has to "rattiesit" like when auntie takes care of me when Mom's away, since Auntie Linda's away right now.

Because Mom's been giving OTHER creatures attention, I feel like I'm lacking some attention right now (because after all, I should be getting ALL Mom's attention!!), so while Mom was in the shower this morning, I decided to walk right on in and lay by the bathtub!! I have NEVER done this before in all 13 years I've been around, but Mom thought it was incredibly funny! Soooo, she picked me up and gave me some kisses and cuddles (like she always does when I do something new and cute). Now THERE'S the attention I was looking for!!!

Sorry there are no pictures, Mom says she was NOT about to take pics of this funny little moment. Don't know why! ;)

Why didn't Mom just ask ME?? But this kitty's pretty accurate too.. :)
